Dr. Lim holds a PhD in Education from The National University of Malaysia (UKM), where she also earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Education. With over 15 years of experience spanning education, HR, and business consulting, Dr. Lim began her career in the public education sector and has served as a lecturer at the Institute of Teacher Education since 2020, contributing to the training of future educators.
