Role Description

The PA will provide executive and personal support, manage schedules, facilitate communication, arrange travel, handle errands, and oversee office administration.


Details

  • Basic Salary: RM5,000–18,000

  • Work Locations: Q Sentral and Shah Alam (not fully office-based)

  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Malaysia and overseas (travel claims provided)

  • Transport: Frequent travel required; car ownership preferred (mileage claims provided)

  • Working Hours: Flexible but odd hours, OT required, primarily at night (no OT claims, but late start allowed after OT)

  • Social Interaction: Frequent communication and engagement required (mobile claims and entertainment claims provided) 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and personal assistance to the MD.

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

  • Arrange travel, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics.

  • Oversee and support office administration.

  • Handle internal and external communications for the MD.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive and personal support roles.

  • Strong organizational and calendar management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Skilled in travel planning and logistics coordination.

  • Patience, adaptability, and ability to manage changes.

  • Calm, composed, and able to work under pressure.

  • High discretion in handling confidential matters.

  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
