Key Responsibilities
Assist in job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Perform general administrative tasks and support HR projects.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
