Role Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, identifying market opportunities, developing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing brand presence both online and offline.


Details

  • Basic Salary: RM4,000–RM15,000

  • Work Locations: Q Sentral (hybrid, with frequent travel for meetings)

  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Malaysia and overseas (mileage claims provided)

  • Working Hours: Flexible, with overtime for deadlines or urgent requests (no OT claims, but late start allowed after OT)


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.

  • Analyze competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities with overall business goals.

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including social media content, email newsletters, and web copy.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Prepare reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.

  • Support event planning, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing.

  • Adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques.

  • Experience in social media and digital marketing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation platforms.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
