Dato’ Setia Haris formerly served as the Selangor State Secretary, where he played a central role in shaping policies, infrastructure development, and digital transformation across the state. His leadership extended to various key state-linked corporations including PKNS, KPS, PNSB, Air Selangor, PKPS, Central Spectrum, and KHSB, contributing to the strategic direction of Selangor’s socio-economic progress.

His entry into Axcova signals a new phase for the company, with an emphasis on strengthening its presence in national and state-level government digital transformation projects. Dato’ Setia Haris brings a unique perspective on governance, strategic execution, and public-private collaboration.
